परिचय / Introduction
Presentation में Table Borders और Background Table को Organized और Readable बनाते हैं। Borders Rows, Columns और Cells की सीमाएँ दिखाते हैं, जबकि Background Color Important Data Highlight करने या Table को Attractive बनाने में मदद करता है।

1️⃣ Table Borders / तालिका की सीमाएँ

परिभाषा: Borders वह Lines हैं जो Cells, Rows, Columns या पूरे Table के चारों ओर होती हैं।
उद्देश्य / Purpose:
- Data को स्पष्ट रूप से अलग करना।
- Important Sections Highlight करना।
- Readability और Appearance Improve करना।

Borders के प्रकार:

All Borders: सभी Cells के चारों ओर Lines।
Outside Borders: सिर्फ Table के बाहर की Lines।
Inside Borders: Table के अंदर Cells के बीच Lines।
Custom Borders: Specific Cells, Rows या Columns पर अलग Style (Dashed, Solid, Thick, Thin) Apply करना।

Borders Apply करने के Steps:

Table, Row, Column या Cell Select करें।
Table Tools → Design / Format Tab खोलें।
Borders पर Click करके Type या Style चुनें।
Color और Line Thickness Adjust करें।

2️⃣ Table Background / Shading / तालिका की पृष्ठभूमि

परिभाषा: Background या Shading वह Color है जो Cells, Rows, Columns या पूरे Table पर लगाया जाता है।
उद्देश्य / Purpose:
- Important Data Highlight करना।
- Table को Attractive बनाना।
- Visual Clarity Improve करना।

Background Apply करने के Steps:

Cell(s), Row(s), Column(s), या पूरे Table को Select करें।
Table Tools → Design / Format → Shading / Fill Color पर जाएँ।
Palette से Color चुनें।
Readability के लिए हल्के रंग का प्रयोग करें।

3️⃣ Best Practices / सुझाव

Borders Consistently Use करें; एक Table में बहुत ज्यादा Styles न मिलाएँ।
Important Rows/Columns को Subtle Background Color से Highlight करें।
Table को Neat रखें और Colors Overcrowd न करें।
Background पर Text Clear और Readable होना चाहिए।

Marks Table में All Borders Apply करें ताकि Data Clear दिखे।
Top Scorers के लिए Light Yellow Background Use करें।
Column Headers Bold करें और हल्का Dark Background दें।

Choose the color from the palette.

Use borders consistently; avoid mixing too many styles in one table.
Highlight important rows or columns with a subtle background color.
Keep the table neat and avoid overcrowding with colors.
Make sure text is visible and readable on the background color.

In a marks table, you can apply all borders for clarity.
Use a light yellow background for top scorers.
