अधिकतर Presentation Software (PowerPoint, LibreOffice Impress, WPS, Google Slides) में एक Gallery / Clip Art Library होती है।
इसमें Ready-made Images, Icons, Illustrations और Graphics होते हैं जिन्हें आप बिना File Upload किए सीधे Slide में Insert कर सकते हैं।

Gallery Images से समय बचता है और Presentation की Style Consistent रहती है।

Preloaded Pictures, Clip Art, Icons और Illustrations जल्दी मिल जाते हैं।
External Folder या Internet से Download करने की जरूरत नहीं।

Method 1: Clip Art / Stock Images (PowerPoint / WPS Office)

Presentation Open करें और जिस Slide में Photo डालना है वहाँ जाएँ।
Insert Tab पर Click करें।
Pictures → Stock Images / Online Pictures / Clip Art / Icons Option चुनें (Program के अनुसार नाम अलग हो सकता है)।
Categories खुलेंगे (People, Nature, Technology, Shapes, Icons आदि)।
Image Browse या Search करें।
Image Select करके Insert पर Click करें।

Method 2: Built-in Gallery (LibreOffice Impress)

Tools → Gallery या Gallery Icon पर Click करें।
Theme या Category Browse करें।
Gallery से Image Drag करके Slide पर Drop करें।

Move / स्थान बदलना: Image Drag करके Slide पर कहीं भी रखें।
Resize / आकार बदलना: Corner Handles से Size Adjust करें।

Format / स्वरूपण: “Format Picture” या “Picture Tools” Tab से Border, Shadow या Recolor Apply करें।
