Image Insert और Select करना

• Slide/Document में Picture Insert करें।

• Picture पर Click करते ही Picture Tools Format Tab (Image Toolbar) खुल जाएगा।

Image Toolbar के Common Buttons

• Brightness & Contrast – Picture को Light/Dark करना या Contrast Adjust करना।

• Color Options – Picture के Color, Saturation बदलना, Grayscale या Artistic Effect देना।

• Compress Picture – File Size कम करना।

• Change Picture – उसी जगह नया Picture Replace करना।

• Reset Picture – Original State में लौटना।

• Rotate / Flip – Picture को Right/Left घुमाना या Mirror करना।

• Crop – Unwanted Part हटाना।

• Shape Styles – Frame, Border, Rounded Edge लगाना।

• Picture Effects – Shadow, Reflection, Glow, Bevel, Soft Edge देना।

• Size Group – Height/Width Box में Exact Size डालना।

Size और Position Adjust करना

• Size Group में Height-Width Value डालें।

• Align Tool से Picture को Center/Left/Right में Set करें।

Border और Styles लगाना

• Picture Styles Gallery से Ready-Made Frame चुनें।

• Border का Color, Thickness, Style खुद भी Set कर सकते हैं।

Quick Layout Options

• Text को Picture के चारों ओर Wrap करें (Square, Tight, Behind Text, In Front of Text)।

• Arrange Group से Multiple Pictures Align करें।

Tips (सुझाव)

• Presentation में File Size कम करने के लिए Picture Compress करें।

• Border Style Same रखें ताकि Professional Look आए।

• Apply करने से पहले Changes Preview कर लें।

Inserting and Selecting the Image

• First insert the image into your slide/document.

• When you click the image, the Picture Tools Format tab (or Image Toolbar) automatically appears.

Common Buttons on the Image Toolbar

• Brightness & Contrast – to lighten/darken or increase/decrease contrast of the picture.

• Color Options – to recolor, change saturation, grayscale, or apply artistic effects.

• Compress Picture – to reduce file size.

• Change Picture – replace the current picture with another without losing formatting.

• Reset Picture – revert to the original state.

• Rotate / Flip – turn the picture to the right, left, or mirror it.

• Crop – trim away unwanted parts of the image.

• Shape Styles – add frames, borders, rounded edges.

• Picture Effects – shadow, reflection, glow, bevel, soft edges.

• Size Group – height and width boxes to set exact size.

Adjusting Size and Position

• Enter height and width values directly in the Size group.

• Use alignment tools to center, left-align, or right-align the image.

Applying Borders and Styles

• From the “Picture Styles” gallery, choose built-in frames.

• You can also add your own border color, thickness, and style.

Using Quick Layout Options

• Wrap text around the image (Square, Tight, Behind Text, In Front of Text).

• Align multiple images using the Arrange group.
